The key aspect of IN ENGLISH is the abundance of comprehensible input it provides in a high-interest format.

The integrated curriculum engages all learning modalities: visual, auditory and kinesthetic. Each unit of IN ENGLISH builds incrementally on earlier units, from beginning level through upper intermediate level. In 12 sequential units, it starts learners with the present tense of the verb "to be," then advances them through the present perfect progressive and reported speech, adding a 1700-word vocabulary along the way.

These units are integrated with the introduction of conversation phrases and colloquials in the cultural context of everyday life:

  • Students using IN ENGLISH quickly build confidence in their conversation skills.
  • It begins at the very beginning level, requiring only a knowledge of the Roman alphabet.
